We are happy to announce the talented Hannah Belle as our latest Fresh Find here at Freshly Brewed Country!
Hannah Belle is a true country girl hailing from Red Lick, MS where she grew up learning how to live the country way. Singing since she was three, country music came naturally to her, having a love and respect for the traditional country sound, but also embracing the modern sounds of country music today. Her dad has always played music and Hannah says her mom is her biggest fan.
She writes a lot of her songs with her sister, Robin, so her music career has become a family business. Hannah’s dad is a Baptist minister and she has always been involved in church activities, so God and country flows naturally through most of her music.

Hannah's songs uphold the strong family and Christian values she’s grown up loving and respecting. She reminds the listener that with God, all things are possible. Hannah’s music always accentuates the positive side of life…engaging, uplifting and encouraging her fans and listeners. She truly has a heart for helping people and it shows in her music.
Hannah is a 2011 graduate of Mississippi College with a Mass Communications degree and she plans on putting that knowledge to good use building new fans daily through her personal appearances and all the social media outlets.
With her warm, engaging personality, she loves to meet people, so it won’t be hard for her to do. And, with her ability to write and sing such compelling music, she’s an act who’s bound to connect.

We know you want to know more about Hannah Belle so be sure to check out our interview with her.
FBC: What made you want to get involved in the country music world?
HB: I have been raised on country music my entire life. Being from Mississippi, that’s what most folks listen to around here, so it was what I was brought up on. Country music tells a story and evokes emotion in people, and I love that about this genre. I never really decided that I wanted to be involved in the “country music world,” it just kind of happened that way because it is what I love.
FBC: What do you use for inspiration to write your songs?
HB: When I am writing my songs, I usually have some kind of personal connection with them. My inspiration comes from many things like maybe something that I went through or experienced, something I witnessed with a friend or family member, or just something that is important to me. Songwriting can also be fictional. Lately, reading books has given me ideas for new material, but mostly my songs come from a place within me.
FBC: Who is your country music idol and why?
HB: I won’t say that I have an idol, but I do have so many that I look up to. I tend to look up to those who have the total package; they write their music, have strong vocals, and are great performers. I love Faith Hill & Shania Twain because they are the two I grew up listening to, but most recently I’ve really connected with Miranda Lambert. Not only is she a great songwriter, but she can sing & put on a great show!
FBC: If you could perform a duet with anyone who would it be with and why?
HB: If I could perform a duet with a female artist, it would hands down be Patty Loveless. Because she is a phenomenal singer… enough said! If I could perform a duet with a male artist, it would be none other than Eric Church!! Because he is awesome! Great songwriter, singer, & incredible performer.
FBC: What are three fun facts about you that you want your fans to know?
HB: 1) I love sports, but my fav is football! I am huge Manning fan.. Peyton Manning being my favorite. I cried last season when he won the Super Bowl & retired… I mean like ugly unconsolable crying. 2) I do a pretty good Ronnie Dunn impersonation! 3) “Hannah Belle” isn’t my actual name.. It’s just Hannah.. but I’ve been called Hannah Belle for as long as I can remember. I got the nickname when I was about two. I was really prissy and loved to wear poofy dresses so the ladies at my church said, “well isn’t she just a little southern belle.. a hannah belle.” Anddddd it stuck!
