Sanders' Spooky Turn with About To

Happy Halloween Weekend!
Our Fresh Find Adam Sanders has just released a video for his new single About To.
Adam’s debut single, “Nothin’ To Do But Drink,” was released in 2014 and was a Highway Finds track on SiriusXM.
In early 2015, Spotify chose Adam as of Country’s “One’s To Watch.” His second single “Somewhere That You Don’t Go” released in May of 2015 was another Highway Finds hit.
His follow up single “Thunder” was released in Nov. 2015 and has over 11 million streams. Adam released his newest track “About To” in Sept. 2016.
"I can't tell you how fired up I am to have About To as my current single," says Adam. "It's exciting to release a song that flirts with boundaries to show a side of me as an artist that fans have yet to see. Get ready, cause we About To."
Adam chose the perfect time of year to debut the video for About To. The video has a horror movie feel, which is something new and exciting when it comes to country music. Adam adds just the right amount of mystery to his new upbeat song.
It's crazy to think at one point it wasn't going to be adam singing it. "About To" is a song that I wrote with Josh Kerr and Forrest Whitehead who are both monster writers! After hearing the track that Josh was building, I convinced them that we should try and write a song for my buddy Dustin Lynch. I had spent a couple days with Dustin along with some close friends out on the lake a few days prior and got a chance to hear some songs that he was considering recording for his next album. Those songs all had this sort of "sexy" vibe and I felt, if we wrote it right, we would have a good shot at getting his attention. Turns out, Dustin loved the song and actually considered cutting it but for whatever reason it just didn't happen. My publisher and management heard the song and both fell in love and I guess the rest is history…ha," said Adam.
Not only is the video fun to watch, but Adam couldn't have been more excited to make it. "FlyHi is a film company that was started by a couple friends of mine, Michael "Black Mike" Monaco, and Ryan Schmidt. Mike and Ryan do all the production and video work for guys like Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, and Dustin Lynch and for years talked about working together. Finally we were able to with the "About To" video shoot and I couldn't be more thankful for them and their work. Hopefully it's just the start of many more," according to Adam.
