On working with Dorff, Mather said:
“I’ve had the good fortune to work with the talented and accomplished producer, Denny Diante. Denny and Steve Dorff have been good friends for many years, they actually lived in the same neighborhood and their kids grew up together.
So knowing Steve’s amazing track record, I was excited to get introduced through Denny, and have the opportunity to access his really inspired songwriting.
We discovered Steve’s song Another Christmas Loving You and Denny had the idea to have Steve sing it with me as a duet. We met in the studio on a hot day this past summer...we cranked up the air conditioning, and I brought out some Christmas cookies and hung some twinkling lights to help create the atmosphere, and it must have worked, because I think we captured some holiday magic that day, as if it were December!”
This is the perfect song to cuddle up with a loved one by the fireplace and just enjoy the moment. The holiday season is the perfect time of year to be thankful for the people in your life.
